  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Process: Start by contacting our support team (details below) to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
  • Refund Time: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, Underwear and Nightwear/Pajamas are final sale unless defective.

1. Our Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality and fit of every item, from Upper Body essentials like T-Shirts and Polo Shirts to Lower Body staples like Pants and Shorts. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we make it right.

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in new, resalable condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Please include the original packing slip or order confirmation.

What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following categories are final sale:

  • Underwear
  • Nightwear / Pajamas

Exception: If you receive a defective item from these categories, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.

2. Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

We’ve streamlined the process to be as straightforward as our clothing design.

Step 1: Contact Us for Authorization

Do not ship your return without an RA number. Email our support team at [email protected] with the following information. You can use the template below.

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Hello Big Dude Support, I would like to request a return/exchange for my recent order. – Order Number: [Please provide] – Name: [Your Full Name] – Email: [Your Email Address] – Item(s) for return/exchange: [Product Name, Size, Color] – Reason: [e.g., Size too large, wrong item, defective] – Preference: [Refund / Exchange for (specific product & size)] Please provide the Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. Best regards, [Your Name]

Step 2: Pack and Ship

  • Once you receive your RA number and return address, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible.
  • Include the packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package using a trackable service (we recommend it for your protection).
  • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Step 3: Inspection & Completion

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it (typically within 3-5 business days).
  • For exchanges: We will ship the replacement item as soon as the return is approved. Shipping times follow our standard rates (see Shipping Policy).
  • For refunds: See section below.

3. Refunds: Timing & Method

We process refunds with the same efficiency we apply to our global logistics.

  • Timing: After we receive and approve your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
  • Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Note: The refund will be for the item(s) cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you used a promotional discount, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size in our Jeans or a different color in our Sweatshirts/Hoodies?

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Follow the same process as above, stating your desired exchange item clearly in your initial email.
  • We will ship the exchanged item once the return is received and approved. You will be notified with a new tracking number.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

We take pride in our quality control. If you receive a defective item (e.g., a torn Formal Shirt or a malfunctioning zipper on Jackets/Coats) or the wrong item, we apologize and will fix it immediately.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue/wrong item and your order number.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite the correct replacement or refund at no cost to you.
