We design every piece—from Upper Body staples like Polo Shirts and Sweatshirts/Hoodies to Lower Body essentials like Pants and Shorts—to fit and perform. If something isn’t right, our process is as supportive as our approach to menswear.
Eligibility & Condition
- Window: Returns/exchanges must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Include the packing slip or order confirmation.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective:
- Underwear
- Nightwear / Pajamas

3. Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process
We’ve streamlined the process to be as straightforward as our clothing design.
- Contact Us for Authorization
Do not ship your return without a Return Authorization (RA) number. Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number, details of the item(s), and your reason/preference (refund or exchange). We will provide an RA number and return address instructions. - Pack & Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include the packing slip/order confirmation and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship using a trackable service (recommended for your protection). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. -
Inspection & Completion
Once received, our team inspects returns within 3-5 business days.- For Exchanges: The replacement item is shipped as soon as the return is approved. Standard shipping rates and times apply.

4. Refunds: Timing & Method
We process refunds with the same efficiency we apply to our global logistics.
- Timing: After we receive and approve your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
- Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
