4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Placing an Order

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention systems.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days before dispatch.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Cost: $12.95. Transit time after dispatch: 10-15 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Transit time after dispatch: 15-25 business days.
• Delivery Areas: We ship worldwide, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia. Delivery estimates are business days and do not include customs clearance times, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our full Shipping & Returns policy is integral to these Terms. Key points include:

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required.
• Non-Returnable Items: Underwear, Nightwear/Pajamas (final sale for hygiene reasons).
• Refund Timing: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the item cost only (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
• Defective/Wrong Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a prepaid return and expedited resolution.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
